Hello! I’m Lana, also known as Silv or “silvaroohub” online! I'm a digital illustrator, animator, and graphic designer based in Maryland.I work part-time as a graphic designer at my university, where I create content, film short-form promotional content, and create advertisements for the department.I am currently studying Information Technology with a minor in French. How long have you been drawing?
✦ Ever since I was in second grade! I took drawing seriously when I got to 8th grade, and took digital art commissions during secondary school in 2021.What mediums do you use?
✦ Most of the time, digital illustration! I work with traditional mediums as well, with pen and paper. Both mediums are fun to work with!What tablet do you use to draw/animate?
✦ I use an XP Pen 22 (Gen 2) tablet when I'm at home!
✦ When I'm travelling or at university, I will use my Samsung Tab S7 or iPad Mini!What software do you use to draw and animate? What do you edit with?

✦ To me, a complex design has ten or more colors, asymmetrical patterns, "floating patterns" (spots, stripes, and freckles), multiple sets of limbs, and gradients!
How does one learn how to draw?
✦ Lots of practice and using references! I suggest finding artists you like and seeing what you like in their art, whether it's the style, colors, or aesthetic - then you practice as much as you can! For animation specifically, pick up the book titled, The Animator's Survival Kit, by Richard Williams!What things do you enjoy drawing the most? The least?
✦ I love drawing mine and other people’s sonas and OCs! Something about bringing someone’s character to life is so magical; which is why I continue my passion for art and animation! I think backgrounds are challenging (but fun)! I do not and will not draw anything NSFW, however.Are you a furry?
✦ Short answer: Yes!
✦ Long answer: I would say so, yes! I became familiar with the furry fandom by watching YouTube videos back in 2019. Since then, I’ve gained more confidence in myself and feel like I can be myself! <3What are Silv’s pronouns and gender?
✦ My platinum fox fursona and mascot, Silv, is female and uses she/her pronouns! It’s understandable if some people mistake her for a boy or something else - it actually happens to me in real life occasionally!Are your DMs open/can we chat?

General
I have a right to decline a commission, especially if it goes against my terms of service.
I may use the artwork as examples and upload it to my social medias, unless stated otherwise.
Do not mint, nor sell my art for NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens).
Please do not my art to train or edit it with AI (e.g. ChatGPT, Grok, etc.). This applies for past, present, and future artworks.
Turnaround time: 1 week - 1 month max, depending on the complexity of the commission!
References & Changes
A digital, unshaded reference of the character is required! I will not accept a commission without a proper reference.
Complicated designs - floating patterns, more than ten colors, etc. will add a 20% upcharge to the base price.
Any changes beyond the sketching phase may have a fee attached. However, any errors I make are free of charge.
Any other changes such as full color change, accessory change, background change, or a redraw will come with an extra charge depending on the change.
Other
Clients can use their art for personal, non-commerical use, such as avatars and profile pictures!
Commissioners will receive a high quality file with a transparent and abstract background (sent via Google Drive, Discord, or Email).
Please do not remove the "Silvaroo" watermark; The signature is there to prevent art theft.
Clients may upload the commissioned art to their account on various websites, as long as credit is given!
Payment
All prices are in USD, through PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, or Zelle!
All commissions must be paid 100% in full, unless said otherwise.
If I have not started working on a commission, the client can receive a full refund.
If a client issues a refund after I start working on the art, they can receive a partial refund (50%).
If your commission is finished before cancellation was requested, a refund will not be issued!
